Job Summary
Park Specialist role assisting in daily maintenance, visitor services, and conservation within Arkansas state parks. Provides customer service, educates guests on park regulations, supports recreation programs, ensures facilities and public areas are well-maintained, safe, and accessible. Responsibilities include front desk operations, reservations processing, guest check-in, handling deposits and receipts, mailings, merchandising and inventory tasks, vendor coordination, reporting, and potential lead/supervisory duties while upholding safety and compliance with park policies.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of experience customer service, bookkeeping, retail operations, or a related field.
