Job Summary
Maintain park grounds through mowing, trimming, edging, leaf removal, and landscaping while planting, fertilizing, and maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and trees. Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the property, including fixing fences, benches, signs, gates, picnic areas, and outdoor fixtures. Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, utility vehicles, and hand tools to assist with trail maintenance, preventative equipment inspections, and minor maintenance issues. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and public spaces, troubleshoot weather-related hazards, and support special events and seasonal projects. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable, self-motivated, and hands-on
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to safely use tools, equipment, and machinery
- Strong work ethic with a team-first attitude
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with landscaping, maintenance, repairs, or construction is a plus
