Job Summary
Hire, motivate, and train 20+ team members while enforcing safety guidelines and managing cash and inventory. Serve guests and staff per company standards, resolving complaints to ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment. Lead daily inspections, schedule weekly shifts, and maintain equipment to exceed customer expectations. Manage large groups and communicate clearly in a high-volume setting. Ensure all employees adhere to Just Jump's mission of helping people discover health and happiness while maintaining a positive, accountable culture.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Friendly personality and a positive attitude
- Love of people of all ages, particularly children
- Ability to properly handle customer concerns
- Ability to remain calm and think fast in a very hectic environment
- Ability to follow procedures and directions, while working independently
- Comfortable enforcing Just Jump policies and safety requirements
- Team player and strong work ethic
- Punctuality is a must
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Must provide excellent customer service and a professional appearance
- Must be able to communicate and interact well with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
