Job Summary
Lead all park departments including Holiday Home Sales, manage financial performance to achieve EBITDA targets, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and health & safety requirements. Recruit, onboard, and develop Heads of Department while leading weekly meetings, 1:1s, and monthly Health & Safety briefings to drive collaboration and performance. Analyse guest feedback and performance data to shape improvement plans, maximise sales across all revenue streams, and resolve complaints effectively in line with company policy. Deputise for the General Manager during absences and work across multiple parks to support regional business plans and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level leadership experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven ability to lead across both operational and commercial functions, including sales environments
- A leadership style built on culture, engagement, development and accountability
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial performance and achieving EBITDA targets
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- High IT competence with the ability to work confidently across multiple systems
- Strong organisational and planning skills, capable of managing complex workloads and competing priorities
- High emotional intelligence, capable of leading through conflict and change
- A proactive approach to personal and professional development
- Experience delivering fast-paced, large-scale operational or commercial projects
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel across the region
