Job Summary
Park Area Ambassador at Sesame Place focused on delivering exceptional guest service and a safe, clean park environment. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, answering questions, maintaining cleanliness across assigned areas (grounds, mulch beds, benches, tables, smoke outposts, picnic areas, and parking lots), and promptly reporting maintenance concerns. Success requires a passion for customer service, strong multitasking, excellent communication, active listening, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and the ability to promote a safe and secure park experience. Must be at least 15 years old, physically capable of frequent walking and lifting up to 50 lbs, able to work in varying weather, and maintain flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Completion of required training and adherence to grooming guidelines and safety standards are also expected. The role is part-time and located at Sesame Place Philadelphia, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Ability to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform extensive walking and standing throughout shift
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather
- Flexible, consistent availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to comply with grooming guidelines and employment standards
- Completed training requirements within established timelines
