Park Appearance Team Member - Dollywood Theme Park - Full Time Year Round

Job Summary
Maintain roadway and pedestrian walkway cleanliness using high-pressure water hoses and collect reusable and recyclable materials. Train on company motor vehicle operation and develop work timetables for assigned areas to ensure timely task completion. Operate vehicles safely while adhering to company policy, maintaining a friendly impression with guests and vendors. Perform duties in varying weather conditions including extreme cold and heat, requiring intermittent to prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 lbs. This overnight cleaning and support role ensures park facilities remain consistent with Dollywood's mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of work experience that demonstrates successful execution of similar duties and responsibilities in a commercial/industrial environment
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of auto liability insurance
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Must pass post-employment offer criminal background check
- At least 18 years old
- Able to safely operate company vehicles according to company policy
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
- Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information
- Must have professional appearance with good personal hygiene
- Must be productive in a fast-paced environment
- Must maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules including any required overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to utilize effective communication, problem solving, conflict management and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with Guests and Hosts using approved communication methods
- Able to comprehend instructions and retain information
- Able to perform duties consistent with creating a safe and secure environment for hosts and guests
- Able to be flexible to handle frequent changes in priorities
- Must reflect Dollywood's image by being genuinely friendly and caring and by taking pride in work

- Position may require occasional to frequent lifting of up to 50-100 lbs
- Position may require intermittent to prolonged sitting, standing and/or walking for duration of shift, up to 13 hours
- This position requires the ability to perform work tasks in varying weather conditions to include extreme cold and heat
- This position requires strong cognitive skills, including the ability to think critically, solve problems, process and retain information, have attention to detail and communicate effectively using approved communication methods
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be able to make a friendly impression when speaking to or corresponding with guests, vendors, and other employees
