Job Summary
Provide parents of children ages 3-7 with toilet-training guidance; educate on building consistent routines, reinforce age-appropriate methods for toilet training, address common challenges, and collaboratively set goals while monitoring progress. Document progress and offer ongoing support with professional communication to families. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged. Part-time afternoon-evening shifts (2:00 PM–8:00 PM), up to two clients per day, in Chatsworth/Santa Clarita, CA. Requires car, auto insurance, driver’s license, and successful Live Scan background check. Compensation: $19.50–$22.50 hourly; flexible schedule with training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children, particularly ages 3-7, in a caregiving, parenting education, or instructional role
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, offering clear and practical advice
- Knowledge of child development, especially around toilet training stages for school-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills to support diverse family needs
