Job Summary
Team Member at Chick-fil-A (Front of House) provides an exceptional dining experience by delivering signature Chick-fil-A service and food. Responsibilities include smiling, making eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, and forming emotional connections with guests; multitasking efficiently; adhering to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code; staying on feet for extended periods; communicating effectively with guests and other Team Members; and supporting operators and leaders. The role requires a cheerful, positive attitude, reliability, strong customer-service orientation, teamwork, the ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, and the flexibility to work early morning shifts with Sundays closed. Working with independent Operators, Team Members contribute to a friendly, fast-paced environment and gain opportunities for growth and development.
Required Qualifications
- Availability must include being able to arrive to work no later than 7:00am
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Flexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays)
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
