Job Summary
Lead engaging, high-energy soccer sessions for toddlers and their parents, introducing age-appropriate games to foster motor skills and socialization. Create a safe, inclusive environment while demonstrating basic soccer skills playfully and providing parents with guidance on supporting their child's learning. Set up and take down equipment, communicate professionally with caregivers, and ensure the well-being of all participants at every location. Maintain a fun, patient attitude and embody an active lifestyle while traveling to various sites across Dallas County.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to run, bend, lift, and engage in physical activity with toddlers for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- You bring lots of energy and a personality that kids just love to be around
- Being physically active, punctual, and organized
- Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 12 years old independently
- Demonstrates a history of integrity, doing what is right even when nobody is looking
- Always having a positive attitude
- Willingness to be silly (even at the expense of embarrassing yourself)
- Lots of patience
- Experience working with toddlers or young children (coaching, teaching, babysitting, etc.)
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Ability to lead groups and engage both parents and children
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma with some college
- Knowledge of soccer fundamentals
