Parent Facilitator

Provide a means of communication to and from school on a regular basis while encouraging dialogue among parents, families, and the surrounding community on educational issues. Solicit parental involvement in the school decision-making process and recruit volunteers and tutors to support student success. Increase parent/family participation in the educational process by encouraging responses to school requests regarding parental support. Develop materials and strategies for families to assist students, ensuring all activities align with school improvement goals. Perform other duties assigned by the administrator to maintain the safe and orderly operation of the school.
