Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education, Social Work, Child Development, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in an educational or social service setting
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed
