Job Summary
Deliver in-home educational activities and developmental screenings to families, develop and implement service plans with clients, manage a caseload of 15-18 families, conduct bi-weekly home visits, recruit families for the program, maintain confidentiality, utilize the Parents As Teachers curriculum, and collaborate with families to set realistic service goals while driving to client homes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, early childhood education, sociology, or related field
- 0-2 years of applicable experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license, daily access to an insured automobile, good driving record and willingness to travel
