Parent Education Facilitator

Administer evidence-based parent education curriculums and facilitate engaging 2-hour classes over a 9-week period. Prepare lesson plans and foster positive relationships with parents and children using a trauma-informed approach. Requires a Bachelor's degree in health, education, childcare, or human services, plus one year of direct service experience with families. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills are essential. Evening availability is required for this PRN role. Home of the Innocents serves nearly 4,000 children and families annually across Louisville, operating as the region's largest residential treatment program and the only dedicated emergency shelter for children in the city.
