Job Summary
Deliver part-time case management and coordination, skill building, and education to caregivers and guardians involved with the Department of Social Services and other community systems. Support families and children in the New River Valley by connecting them to critical services and skills through wraparound care delivered in collaboration with other NRVCS programs. The role includes routine training and supervision for staff. Minimum salary is $16.26/hour, with additional compensation available for employees who speak multiple languages. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in human services preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human services, or a related field
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness or substance use disorders
- Experience working with adults, children, and families
- Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees that speak multiple languages
