As the store manager in Vilnius, you will lead a team to provide impeccable customer service while maintaining high operational and visual standards, promote and sell our products, analyze sales performance, identify commercial opportunities, set targets, and develop plans to optimize results, profits, and stock levels. You will oversee team planning, scheduling, and ensure smooth store opening/closing routines, recruit and train staff, foster engagement and collaboration, stay ahead of fashion trends and customer preferences, communicate with clients, and represent the company. You will nurture a strong leadership, coaching, and development culture within the team, collaborate with regional colleagues, and help create an inclusive, sustainable, and trend-driven shopping experience. Lithuanian language is mandatory; English skills are a plus. This is a full-time position at H&M in Vilnius, with a one-year contract initially and a target start date aligned to the posting window; salary before tax is 1980 EUR/month.
