Job Summary
Supports daily cash process, reviews cash management transactions, and determines the company’s cash position and daily cash available for investment. Executes wire transfers and other funds movement, assists with cash forecasting by providing cash actuals for the prior week, and projects current day cash projections. Serves as security administrator and SME for bank-provided software, performs bank-related project management, maintains bank account structure and services, and oversees treasury tools/systems. Provides guidance and training to staff on bank/treasury systems, performs foreign currency exchanges, maintains treasury files/spreadsheets, implements treasury workstation, and conducts bank fee analysis. Handles miscellaneous deposit items for corporate bank accounts and obtains certified checks. Emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer-focused service in a multi-brand transportation environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of cash management products
- Thorough understanding of processes and payment instruments of US financial institutions
- Treasury workstation and bank software experience a plus
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and relational communication skills; fluent in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
