Job Summary
Work closely with students with special needs in small group or 1:1 settings to build rapport and foster a safe learning environment. Support resource teachers in delivering IEPs and take direction from lead educators. Assist with moderate to severe scenarios including toileting, personal 1:1 care, non-verbal communication, and challenging behaviors. Earn daily pay that varies by certification and assignment length, with weekly direct deposit. You must hold an Associate's degree, Bachelor's, or CBEST, and pass state and federal background checks.
