Job Summary
Maintain a structured, positive classroom environment and reinforce school expectations while providing student guidance and redirection. Facilitate HoloTutor instruction, monitor student progress during these sessions, and troubleshoot common technology issues. Serve as a substitute by following assigned schedules, lesson plans, and routines to supervise students during transitions and activities. Communicate student needs and observations to teachers or leadership while maintaining confidentiality. Participate in required training on dyslexia, the instructional model, and HoloTutor. Work Monday through Friday aligned with the local school calendar.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and web-based platforms
- Ability to learn and facilitate instruction through HoloTutor
- Monday–Friday schedule availability
