Job Summary
Paraprofessional - Educational Aide at Lincoln Elementary School. Provides classroom assistance under the direction of the classroom teacher, supports students with behavioral and academic interventions, and utilizes knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and sensory integration. May assist with communication devices, toileting needs, and occasional lifting. Requires Ohio Educational Aide Permit, ESEA Qualification, and ParaPro assessment or 48 college hours. Work schedule is 7 hours per day (8:00 AM – 3:30 PM) for 195 days per year; background check and drug screening required; applications via AppliTrack. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current State of Ohio Educational Aide Permit
- ESEA Qualification on ODE Permit
- ParaPro Assessment or minimum of 48 semester hours from an accredited college or university
