Job Summary
Conduct daily instructional support for students with disabilities, including data collection, keyboarding, and operation of office equipment like copiers. Assist teachers in classroom management and facilitate learning activities inside and outside the classroom while adhering to safety precautions for lifting and physical demands. Perform essential functions requiring balance, crawling, and visual acuity in a training environment. This position requires a high school diploma, GED, and either 48 college hours, a verified transcript, or a passing PRAXIS exam score. Applicants must pass drug testing and background fingerprinting. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or GED
- Successfully complete a minimum of 48 semester college hours credited toward an Associate's degree and verified by college transcript
- A passing score on the PRAXIS exam
- One year work experience
- Subject to drug testing
- Subject to background fingerprinting
- Screening through Clearinghouse
