Job Summary
Provides instructional assistance to students in the ISS program at Adairsville High School for the 2026-2027 school year. Assists in evaluating student needs and preparing appropriate materials and lessons in collaboration with certificated personnel. Maintains discipline in the ISS classroom and communicates concisely with teachers and administrators about student progress and other pertinent information. Requires prompt and regular attendance and the ability to handle confidential matters. Must obtain the Paraprofessional Certificate within 30 days of hire recommendation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Paraprofessional License issued through the Georgia Professional Standards Commission
- Must obtain Paraprofessional Certificate within 30 days of hire recommendation
