Job Summary
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students throughout the school day, assisting with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals as directed by teachers. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment while supporting classroom instruction, encouraging engagement, and helping students build confidence and independence. Assist with transitions, classroom activities, and daily routines, maintaining confidentiality and following school policies. Communicate effectively with staff and supervisors to ensure student success. Monday–Friday daytime schedules with no evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements; summers and vacations off. Competitive pay with weekly payments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including assisting students as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, education, healthcare, or human services
