Job Summary
Provides advanced assistance and support to teachers and administration, including instructional and behavioral management duties; assists students with in-class work, helps prepare assignments and grade work; may assist in Library Media Center or Computer Lab. Responsibilities include supervising students, facilitating instructional programs, conducting testing/assessment, preparing educational materials, supporting lesson planning, delivering subject matter under teacher direction, reinforcing concepts with individuals or small groups, coordinating with parents in their native language, and maintaining confidentiality of student information. Requires compliance with DPS safety policies and may involve PPE; location is Denver, CO and role is on-site.
