Job Summary
Paraprofessional at The Hope Learning Center Canonsburg campus, providing direct support to students with special needs under supervision of teachers and therapists. Responsibilities include one-on-one and small group support with classwork and tests, reinforcing concepts, following IEP and ABA behavior plans, supervising students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, and on field trips, assisting with personal needs (mobility, toileting, self-care), maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment, and supporting staff with duties as assigned. Requires Associate's Degree and relevant clearances/training; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401k. - Mandated Reporter Training
