Job Summary
Paraprofessional / Direct Support Professional (IDD Services) in Hillsborough, NC providing supervision and care in home/community settings, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (hygiene, dressing, meals as needed), ensuring a safe, structured environment, engaging individuals in recreational activities, following ISP and caregiver instructions, monitoring health/safety/behavior, maintaining professional boundaries, completing accurate service notes, and communicating with families and supervisors. Requires HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license (if required), background check, drug screening; CPR/FA and NCI on-site training available.
