Job Summary
Paraprofessional support in the Health 9-12 program: assist classroom teachers with developmentally appropriate activities for students with and without special needs, including ELL students; help with student transitions, field trips, and safety; support classroom routines (snack, cleaning, bathroom) and provide health-related care such as feeding, diaper changes, and toileting for health-position assignments; position assumes responsibilities assigned by the building principal.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully passed the Paraprofessional test
- 48 college credits or more
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Experience with the appropriate age group
