Paraprofessional

Paraprofessional role supporting teachers in managing classrooms and delivering instruction. Responsibilities include assisting in one-on-one or small group settings to reinforce lessons, helping implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), supervising students during non-academic times such as recess and lunch, and assisting students with disabilities to navigate the general education setting, including carrying out accommodations and personal care as needed.
