Job Summary
Paraprofessional in the ECFE Preschool program assists in delivering developmentally appropriate educational opportunities to preschool-aged children and supports parents to strengthen parent-child relationships. Focus areas include cognitive, social-emotional, language/communication, and physical development. Monday-Thursday morning hours in New Prague, MN. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Minnesota driver’s license; prior experience with children is preferred. Strong teamwork, ability to follow instructions, maintain a safe classroom, and effective oral communication with parents, students, colleagues, administration, and community members are essential. The role emphasizes promoting a positive school district environment, organization, time management, confidentiality, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
