Paraprofessional, CSA PreK-4 (4 of 5)

Paraprofessional supporting PreK-4 classrooms at Lowell Public Schools. Responsibilities include assisting the classroom teacher with developmentally appropriate activities for students with and without special needs, supporting ELL students, helping with student transitions into and out of buildings/classrooms, aiding during field trips and emergency drills, assisting with daily routines (snack, dishes, cleanup, bathroom duties), and helping maintain a healthy, safe environment. For HEALTH positions, duties may include feeding, diaper changes, and toileting. Requires either passing the Paraprofessional test, or 48 college credits or more, or a Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
