Job Summary
Paraprofessional works under the direction of the Head of School to assist certified Student Services staff in implementing student accommodations per 504 Plans/IEPs. Responsibilities include supporting ESS staff with monitoring accommodations, data collection, and documentation of student progress; working with students individually and in small groups; aiding classroom behavior management to minimize disruptions; supervising and assisting students with disabilities in various settings (including safety drills, emergencies, field trips, hallways, cafeteria, and common areas); participating in the IEP process and serving as a resource to MTSS and Mental Health teams; attending meetings and professional development as requested. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent; IRCA compliance and successful background check. Location: Colorado Springs, CO; full-time role anticipated to start August 3, 2026.
