Job Summary
Provide one-on-one and small-group assistance to students with diverse learning needs while reinforcing lessons and maintaining a supportive classroom environment. Collaborate closely with teachers and school teams to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Ensure student safety, encourage growth, and maintain confidentiality of student information. Requires a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational skills, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Paraprofessional, preferably in a school-based setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a classroom team
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto liability insurance
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
