Job Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Roles include conducting engaging sessions, collecting data to track progress, and writing detailed session notes. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2 PM–6 PM with paid cancellations. The role emphasizes flexible, part-time hours, a supportive team, and ongoing BCBA supervision, with benefits including health/dental/vision coverage, training, PTO, and professional development opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Valid RBT certification OR willingness to earn the RBT certification within 30 days
- Experience as an RBT/BT
- Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
- Comfort working in various settings and with different clients
