Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Perform data collection and write detailed session notes to document progress; mornings/afternoons scheduled 9 AM–1 PM on weekdays with paid cancellations. Eligible candidates may have an associate or bachelor’s degree, but certification is required (or willingness to earn RBT within 30 days). Offer includes benefits such as health/dental/vision, retirement, remote training, and BCBA-support per case. Eligible to apply includes RBT certification and ongoing development in ABA therapy for children aged 2–16.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RBT certification OR willingness to earn the RBT certification within 30 days.
- Experience as an RBT/BT
- Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
