Paraprofessional at Paragon Charter Academy

Assess student abilities and provide instructional assistance through 1:1 or group workshops as directed by classroom teachers. Implement result-driven curriculum to achieve significant growth from fall to spring testing while educating the whole student academically, morally, and socially. Attend professional development and articulation meetings with teachers and parents as required. This full-time role includes 35 hours per week in a safe, nurturing environment where you can connect passion with purpose at a school that has academically outperformed local districts for 14 years.
