Job Summary
Provide instructional assistance to students in need of academic intervention through 1:1 or group workshops; support the whole-student development academically, morally, and socially; implement result-driven curriculum to achieve growth; attend professional development and articulation meetings with classroom teachers and parents; collaborate with teachers and instructional leaders to support reading, writing, and/or mathematics instruction; participate in ABSS behavioral support; align with Title I paraprofessional requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet state requirements for Title 1 paraprofessional
- Knowledge of and ability to assist in teaching reading, writing, and/or mathematics
- Understanding of and capability to navigate technical systems
- Previous experience working in a school or with school age children – preferred
