Assess student abilities and provide instructional assistance through 1:1 or group workshops as directed by classroom teachers and designated instructional leaders. Implement result-driven curriculum to achieve significant growth from fall to spring testing while educating the whole student academically, morally, and socially. Attend professional development and articulation meetings with classroom teachers and parents as required. This role supports students ages 5-8 at Excel Charter Academy, which consistently outperforms local districts on state testing and serves a diverse population from nearly 60 countries.
