Paraprofessional at Detroit Enterprise Academy

Paraprofessional at Detroit Enterprise Academy providing instructional support for students needing academic intervention in reading, writing, and/or mathematics. Roles include 1:1 or small-group workshops under classroom teachers and instructional leaders, with focus on whole-student development, implementation of result-driven curriculum, participation in professional development and parent meetings, and collaboration with staff to support growth from fall to spring testing. Prior school experience preferred; knowledge of technical systems and ability to navigate them. Located in Detroit, MI; this is a full-time role within an equal-opportunity educational environment.
