Job Summary
Compassionate and dependable Special Education Paraprofessional role supporting students with diverse academic, behavioral, physical, and developmental needs. Responsibilities include assisting with instructional activities and IEP implementation, providing one-on-one and small-group academic support, applying classroom accommodations/modifications, assisting with behavior management, monitoring progress, maintaining a safe learning environment, and aiding with personal care and daily living skills as needed. Collaboration with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success, along with data collection and documentation to inform instruction. Requires maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school policies and student records.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Paraprofessional Certification
