Job Summary
Paraprofessional role supporting a classroom with developmentally appropriate student engagement, assisting with IEP/504/LEP/BIP plans, behavior support, and supervision across classroom, swimming pool, and play areas. Duties include assisting with basic student needs (diapering, mobility, hygiene), supporting transitions and learning activities, administering and proctoring assessments, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and providing staff/parent guidance as directed. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, ParaPro exam or 60 college credits, and experience working with children. Salary set at $18.50/hour with benefits; employment contingent on drug screening.
