Job Summary
Supports the educational, behavioral, social-emotional, physical, and daily living needs of secondary students with disabilities in integrated, resource, self-contained, and community settings. Provides services as outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs), including academic and health support. Responsible for daily living procedures, medical support, implementing individual behavior intervention and health care plans, and monitoring classroom activities. Must complete specialized training and assessments for physical restraint and de-escalation.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass District approved written and physical exams covering de-escalation and physical restraint training, on an annual basis
- Required training must be completed within 75 days of initial hire
- Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license or be able to obtain one within required time frame

- Must live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado
