Job Summary
Supports one or more individual students with disabilities in IEP-targeted settings, including assisting with academic, health, daily living, and behavioral needs. Monitors classroom activities under the supervising teacher, provides daily living procedures and medically invasive procedures as trained, assists with transportation and lifting, supports implementation of IEP-goal related plans and health-care plans, collects data on student goals, and communicates with students and parents under supervision. Requires specialized training in invasive procedures (training provided) and completion of district-required exams and driver’s license requirements if transporting students. Live and work with a permanent Colorado address; work under an equal opportunity employer framework. Roles emphasize collaboration, equity, integrity, and student-centered outcomes.
