Job Summary
Paraplanner role in London supporting a team of financial advisers. Responsibilities include preparing detailed reports and documentation for financial planning, analyzing client data to tailor strategies, assisting with the preparation of financial plans (cash flow, investment strategies, risk assessments), maintaining accurate client records in Word/Excel/Outlook, effective client and team communication, coordinating schedules and follow-ups, supporting regulatory compliance, and delivering professional client service. Requires strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, solid report writing and analysis within financial services, familiarity with financial planning principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous administrative experience is desirable, with training provided. Diploma in Financial planning or equivalent qualification preferred.
