Job Summary
Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans with agendas, service purposes, and selling opportunities documented in CRM. Develop a customer business growth plan for each account to drive incremental sales above base business while analyzing data and insights to increase revenue. Propose selling solutions using consultative skills to win sales, manage customer issue resolution, and adapt approaches based on individual buying styles and competitive offerings. Maintain deep knowledge of products and competitor positioning, ensuring all account-specific information is updated in the CRM. Achieve internal and supplier objectives through consistent pre-planning and prioritization of sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess a reliable vehicle
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance on their vehicle in compliance with SGWS company requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to travel as needed
- Able to analyze and understand data and information
- Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities
- Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals
- Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., iPad, smartphone) and online communication techniques (email, posting, texting, etc.) in a professional manner
- Able to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
- Able to take responsibility for own actions and results
- Able to commit to providing a consistently high level of service to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management
- Able to communicate effectively through various methods and express self clearly and concisely while appropriately tailoring the message to the audience
