Job Summary
Visit accounts regularly to build lasting customer relationships and discover growth needs, then develop business growth plans and pre-plan visits with agendas documented in CRM. Analyze data and insights to increase sales revenue, prioritize activities based on customer plans, and propose selling solutions using consultative skills to win deals. Maintain deep product knowledge, adapt approaches to individual buying styles, resolve customer issues, and stay current on competitor offerings. Document all visit notes and account information in CRM, participate in sales meetings and training, and achieve internal and supplier objectives. Requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess a reliable vehicle
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance on their vehicle in compliance with SGWS company requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to travel as needed
- Able to analyze and understand data and information
- Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities
- Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals
- Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., iPad®, smartphone) and online communication techniques (email, posting, texting, etc.) in a professional manner
- Able to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
- Able to take responsibility for own actions and results
- Able to commit to providing a consistently high level of service to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management
- Able to communicate effectively through various methods and express self clearly and concisely while appropriately tailoring the message to the audience

- Must be able to drive throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours
- Must be able to lift/lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48lbs
