Job Summary
Visit customer accounts regularly to build lasting relationships, discover growth needs, and develop business plans that drive incremental sales. Analyze data and insights to increase revenue, then pre-plan each visit with a documented agenda in CRM. Propose selling solutions using consultative skills to win accounts, manage issue resolution, and support business growth. Adapt your approach based on individual buying styles and stay current with competitor offerings. Achieve internal and supplier objectives while documenting all activities and visit notes in the CRM system. Maintain deep product knowledge and leverage SGWS technology for effective presentations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess a reliable vehicle
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance on their vehicle in compliance with SGWS company requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to travel as needed
- Able to analyze and understand data and information
- Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities
- Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals
- Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., iPad®, smartphone) and online communication techniques (email, posting, texting, etc.) in a professional manner
- Able to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
- Able to take responsibility for own actions and results
- Able to commit to providing a consistently high level of service to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management
- Able to communicate effectively through various methods and express self clearly and concisely while appropriately tailoring the message to the audience
- Able to be nimble in ambiguity

- Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

- Must be able to drive throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours
- Must be able to lift/lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48lbs
