Job Summary

Support ongoing delivery of teleconferenced stroke care as identified by the IDHI Stroke Program under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Perform tasks and duties as directed by IDHI Call Center management and medical personnel directing the IDHI Stroke program. Assist in identifying and tracking all calls to the Call Center and data on referrals and case managed patients. Support real-time telemedicine stroke consultations, call center operations, and patient care coordination. Track and document incoming calls, referrals, and managed cases. Collaborate with IDHI Call Center leadership and medical staff to perform duties as assigned to support efficient stroke program operations.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of an accredited EMT or Paramedic program
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • At least 6 months of active ambulance service within the past year
  • Current EMT or Paramedic license
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
  • Pass pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification)
