Job Summary
Assess patients' medical needs, administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and provide emergency medical care in a fast-paced environment. Obtain specimens, perform EKGs, and monitor patients to decrease length of stay by completing timely discharge duties. Assist physicians with clinical procedures and communicate patient condition changes to supervising staff while documenting all interactions in medical records. Work scheduled shifts at Prescott and Prescott Valley Campuses.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Arizona Certified Emergency Paramedic
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Provider Certification
- American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) within six (6) months
- American Heart Association PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within six (6) months
