Paramedic Supervisor - Ground Services - Life Flight Network - Waterville

Schedule and manage daily ground services operations, handling complaints, supervising staff, and ensuring proper patient care during all shifts. Provide medical care and transportation for emergency and non-emergency patients while overseeing fleet maintenance and preventative schedules. Ensure resource availability for tactical deployment, assist in incident investigations, and route inter-agency disputes to appropriate resources. Participate with the management team in organizational progress and provide patient follow-up. Requires current paramedic-level certification, ACLS, PALS, and three years of paramedic experience.
