Job Summary
As a Paramedic for special events, you will provide top-tier medical transport and care, collaborate with EMS professionals, and ensure compliance with protocols. Responsibilities include operating and driving an ambulance, conducting patient assessments, and maintaining rig cleanliness. Essential qualifications include a valid NYS Paramedic certification, NYC REMAC certification, and various life support certifications, along with at least one year of EMT experience and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- NYC REMAC certification
- NYS Paramedic certification
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Valid NYS Driver’s License (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
- Minimum of one (1) year full-time EMT or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 125 lbs. or more
- Successful completion of Physical Aptitude Test
- Excellent verbal communication skills
