Job Summary
Manage all administrative elements of the Paramedic Science program's clinical activities, including scheduling student clinicals with affiliate agencies and coordinating with faculty. Collect and organize student documentation such as shot records, background checks, and physical exams while maintaining attendance and grades. Review and develop the clinical curriculum in compliance with accreditation and State EMS guidelines, ensuring all program and college policies are followed. Participate in the accreditation and assessment process to maintain compliance with COAEMSP requirements. Work 15-25 hours weekly at a rate of $21.00-$24.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of related work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Insurable to drive campus vehicles
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in related field
- Indiana Paramedic License
- Indiana Department of Homeland Security Primary Instructor certification
- AHA Instructor qualification in BLS, ACLS, PALS
- NAEMT Instructor qualification – PHTLS, AMLS, TECC
- Indiana EVOC instructor or equivalent
